Aguilera was so impressed with him that she offered him the position of Director of Entertainment and Marketing at her own company. During this period, he not only handled all marketing and entertainment projects, but he acted as her archivist, publicist, and biographer. He also produced Holiday with Christina and What a Valentine Wants, two of her best-selling hits.
Al Gomes has teamed up with numerous other greats over the years. Some include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Imperials, Little Anthony, Matchbox 20 and Shelly Yakus.
